Update 20240414: we now know these were all -- including the Merle [sic] Saunders Experience run-- had early-late show structure - separately ticketed, not two sets. Jerrybase metadata have been updated to reflect this.

- Saturday, 4/14/73: JGMS @ Boarding House. Sarah and George again in the house, so "Merl Saunders Experience #2"
- Sunday, 4/15/73: OAITW @ Boarding House.

Oh yeah, the Berkeley Barb's calendars are masterpieces.
Rowan: "We'd show up at the Boarding House at four-thirty or five in the afternoon and Garcia would already be there with his carton of Camels and his roadi. Garcia would just be sitting there, puffing and playing" (Greenfield 1996, 154).

Bluegrass was especially fine, because there was no pressure at all. They'd begin by warming up for three or four hours, play three hours onstage, and very possibly cool down for another two.
